We're two brothers, Steve and Phil and between the two of us, we've spent decades in the foodservice world, both in the kitchen and in distribution. Steve began his journey as a chef, working in some high-pressure kitchens, including at Disney World. After years behind the line, he moved into distribution, where he spent over 10 years as a regional sales manager for a major broadline distributor. Phil also started out as a chef and spent years on the road opening new Darden Restaurant locations across the country. He eventually transitioned into broadline sales, working eight years as a regional sales manager and helping operators grow their businesses.
